We found the culture in the lowlands to be friendlier than the people of the highlands where Uka is. We had heard this and found it to be true. The lowlanders are the "Fuzzy Wuzzies" of WWII fame. It was they who carried supplies from our planes up the mtn passages and carried the wounded back to be transported.
