I took one of my Mother's Day gifts from the boys, this one from Andy when he was in third grade, bc I knew that Mother's Day would be coming up while we were here in Ukarumpa. The 1983 model is in the middle. The "modern" day ones on either side. There are chores named on each flower. You can see that I have used mine up long ago. Even though there is no Mother's Day officially celebrated here, there are enough Americans to keep most of our special days front and center. In fact, it was one of my PNGn students that reminded me that Mother's Day was coming up.
